Monsieur, Madame,

Me ANGELE A. KOUASSI

On the occasion of your business, whatever they are, always consult your notary. they will be your most loyal adviser and defender.

Nobody better than he/she is as qualified to interpret the law and adapt to business practice.

And his department authorized you avoid many problems, many surprises, many trials.

They are found at the side of the client during the engagement, to establish the monetary rules of the association together.

They are during the operation, the depositary sanctity of public faith and jealous guardian of the secrets of their clients, the judge and counsel Common parties before him, the composer beneficial to the occasion disputes emerging, the witness beyond the conventions that form in his presence.

The are found, finally, at their bedsides, the decline of their life, to receive the latest expression of wishes and then monitor their execution.

Notary can die … another replaces them; Their office continues and minutes are contained in the sustainability of time, the official frame and unwavering attitude of fortunes and irrefutable evidence of rights and obligations they spend.

In as good and bad days, whether to take advice or write a contract, whatever the nature of the council or the form of contract, even if they are simple in appearance, do not wait, do not hesitate, always consult your notary. Your tranquility depends on it

The complexity of modern legislation does, in fact, leave no room for simple cases, detect an obstacle to civil or fiscal problem that the Notary will either avoid or minimize possible legal limits.

Their experience, their competence, their discretion, their ministry finally, are the wish of the Act that had invested with the official mission to serve the Company and the public good.

It is never safe not to supplements with the intervention of the Notary.
